Bulgarian Master Degree Program with Entrepreneurs from the Silicon Valley

Professors from Stanford, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs will be part of the lecturers of the Master Degree Program in Entrepreneurship at Varna Free University, which is organized in partnership with the Bulgarian Entrepreneurship Center and InterCulture Foundation, Capital reported.

The training content of the Entrepreneurship Program is based on materials from the MIT Entrepreneurship Center and will be taught entirely in English. The program will last for 2 semesters, with students choosing between regular, part-time or distance learning.

Among the leading lecturers are Earnie Willson, Professor of Communication and Political Science at the University of Southern California, and Michael Marvin, one of the founders of Tech Valley in New York. In addition to them, lecturers will be also Deyan Vitanov (Chobolabs), Momchil Kyurkchiev (Leanplum), Dafina Toncheva (US Venture Partners), and others.

Students will learn subjects related to entrepreneurial ideas, team, communication skills, process management, social business financing, innovation and company identity, etc.

It is expected that no more than 60 students will be admitted to the program, with 30 of them receiving a full scholarship that will also cover the cost of study materials and trips to the Silicon Valley. For the remaining students, the fee will be in the amount of 1000 BGN per semester.
