Bulgarian volleyball players lost with 1: 3 - 14:25, 25:23, 22:25, 23:25, with the most points for the entire match scored by the Polish volleyball player Bartosch Kurek - 21. On the Bulgarian side, Valentin Bratoev recorded 19 points.

After this match, Poland's players continue as winners in the group with five wins out of five matches. The Bulgarian team remains in the third position. Bulgaria gets into group "G" with the teams of USA, Iran, and Canada – they will all play in Arena Armeec in Sofia, Bulgaria. The remaining teams are distributed in the following groups:

Group FÂ - Brazil, Belgium, Slovenia, Australia - matches are played in Bologna, Italy
