The Employment Agency Launches a Survey On the Business Needs

The Employment Agency is preparing a new survey on the needs of the business executives. Until September 17, 2018, employers can directly outline the scope, occupations, competencies, knowledge, and skills of their future employees in an online inquiry form.

The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the jobs, skills, and competencies demanded by the business over the next 1 year. The employers will also be able to identify their expectations of professional skills, competencies, and education of the employees they will need in the next three years.

This is the second survey since the beginning of the year. The first one that involved 5012 companies and organizations has shown that employers need economists, engineers, machine operators, sellers, chefs. The need for these employees is in the medium term - over the next 6 months and in the long run - after 3-5 years.

The questionnaire can be found and filled in on the Employment Agency's website.
