Sofia, Bulgaria in “The Best Value European City Breaks”

TravelSupermarket has published a guide to best value breaks on in Europe. Escaping the well-known place and going to somewhere far is always the best way to say goodbye to the Summer and welcome the Autumn (You can also check our beautiful Autumn guide in order to get the best experience while being in Bulgaria).

Happily, Bulgaria is part of the chart “The Best Value European City Breaks”.  

At the top of the rankings is the Lithuanian capital city, Vilnius. If you visit it from September 2018 to March 2019, you will save around 195% of the amount of money you will give if you go to Dubrovnik, Croatia. Second and third in the chart are Bratislava in Slovakia and Turin in Italy, followed by Lyon in France and Krakow in Poland. The capital of Bulgaria – Sofia, is ninth with a cost of €166.57 per person. TravelSupermarket reported a 221% spike in Krakow searches year on year, followed by a 102% increase in searches for Istanbul for an autumn/winter city break.

The most expensive city after Dubrovnik is Helsinki in Finland, followed by Bruges in Belgium and Malaga in Spain.
