Grigor Dimitrov Eliminated in the First Round of the US Open

Grigor Dimitrov lost by Stan Wawrinka yesterday.

After three sets, his participation in the US Open finished in the first round. The Swiss won the divisions with 6-3, 6-2, 7-5 and in the second consecutive Grand Slam tournament, he eliminated Grigor Dimitrov after doing the same in Wimbledon.

Dimitrov now loses chances to defend his title from the ATP final tournament. The Bulgarian occupies the 13th place in the annual ranking, which determines the participants in London.

The Bulgarian tennis player announced that he will participate in four tournaments by the end of the season - two ATP 500 (Beijing and Vienna) and two Masters (Shanghai and Paris).
