"Plovdiv Jazz Fest" from October 31 to November 3

Save the dates from October 31 until November 3, because this year's Plovdiv jazz fest will enchant all fans of jazz music. All major concerts start at 8 PM and will be held in the hall of the "Boris Hristov" House of Culture.
The festival will be opened with a concert under the motto "Night with Eliane Elias" and the main actor in the show will be the Brazilian singer and pianist herself. She arrives in Bulgaria with her band, part of which is also her husband - the famous bassist Mark Johnson.
On November 1, two concerts will be held at the festival's program. The evening will be opened by the American singer and pianist Dena Derose and will perform a concert featuring Bulgarian musicians. Dina also is a prominent lecturer at some of the most prestigious music universities in Europe and the United States.
The second concert will present the special project of Theodosii Spassov and Vlatko Stefanovski, created especially for Plovdiv Jazz Fest. The audience's attention will be caught by two of the most loved artists.
November 2 will host guests on a concert in honor of "White, Green, Red" - the formation that left a deep trace in the history of Bulgarian jazz. Following is the concert of Dave Holland Quartet, featuring with the saxophonist Chris Potter. Dave Holland is a multiple Grammy Award winner, and in 2017 received the "Jazz Master" award.
The culmination of this year's Plovdiv jazz fest will be the closing concert on the last night - 3 November: Jan Garbarek will go on stage along with his band, which includes the famous Indian percussionist Trilok Gurtu.
Tickets are already on sale and can be purchased online as well as in Plovdiv, and at certain petrol stations.
