Criminal Group Distributing Drugs Was Neutralized in Ruse, Bulgaria

A criminal group distributing drugs in Ruse, Bulgaria was neutralized by the authorities.

30 grams of heroin, nearly 2 grams of methamphetamine, and about 10 mobile phones were seized, the Ministry of Interior announced. According to data collected so far, the group has supplied and distributed heroin and methamphetamine in the form of crystals.

For a period of up to 24 hours, three residents of Ruse were arrested - they are aged 34, 25 and 26 years old. Two of the detainees have been indicted for involvement in an organized criminal group dealing with the supply and distribution of the drugs.

The group has been in operation since March 2018, when its surveillance began.
