Bulgarian Pastry Chef to Bake a Cake for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Wedding

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting married this month and this is one of the most discussed events this season. The wedding celebration will include a wide variety of foods, and, of course, wedding cakes. One of the cakes will be baked by the London-based Bulgarian pastry chef Ivan Alexandrov.

Alexandrov owns Boutique cookie’s cakes, an establishment for luxury sweets and wedding cakes. Ivan has proven himself to be at the top of Britain’s pastry scene. Now he can say that his cakes are fit for royalty. The Bulgarian will bake the second most important pastry after the main cake, which will be made by east London pastry chef Claire Ptak. Just like the main cake, Ivan’s will be cooked with lemon and elderberry.

The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will undoubtedly be the most important wedding this year. The guest list consists of 600 people, and around 1200 were invited to greet Harry and Meghan outside the chapel at Windsor Palace.
