Car Crash On "Dondukov" And "Rakovski" in Sofia, Bulgaria

A car crash involving a car with Belgrade license plates happened earlier today on one of the major junctions in Sofia - that of the boulevards "Dondukov" and "Rakovski".

The accident happened somewhere around 6 o'clock in the morning. At 9.30 the two cars - the Serbian "Skoda Rapid" and the Bulgarian "Opel Astra" were still there, but police units had moved them on the sidewalk. Although there is blood on the Serbian car, the police officers claim that nobody got hurt in the accident. The Serbian driver is safe but is reluctant to comment on the situation.

There are police officers present on the scene of the accident and are interviewing eyewitnesses as well as the two drivers. However, the police have not released any information apart from the fact that nobody is certain how the crash happened. A possible theory is that the Opel, whose airbags are out, hit the Serbian car.
