Wzz Air Opens a Route From Varna, Bulgaria to Vienna, Austria

The low-cost airline Wizz Air is going to start a route from Varna, Bulgaria to Vienna, Austria. The flight schedule predicts bi-weekly flights on the route – on Tuesday and Saturday. The starting price will be €29.99 with included hand luggage.  This is part of the company’s expansion and reorganization of their flights.

Several other routes will be created as early as March of this year. They’ll connect Sofia with Athens, Lisbon, Malaga, and Nice. Flights to the Swedish town of Malmö were ceased by the airline for reasons unknown.

Wizz Air is the preferred airline for those who don’t want to spend too much money on their flight. Of course, this does have its downsides, as the quality of their service is often lower than average. The policy of overselling flights leaves many customers stranded on airports. A recent example of that would be when Wizz left dozens of passengers at Sofia Airport last year.
