Staff of Bulgarian Public Hospitals to Mass Protest in the Middle of January

On January 15th of this year, staff members of Bulgarian public hospitals from all over the country are going to protest for one hour. The announced time is between 12:00 and 13:00. This was reported by Dr. Ivan Ivanov, manager of the "Ivan Rilski" hospital in Gorna Oryahovitza.

The main complaint of medical staff is that clinical pathways haven't changed in value for the past 10 years, although there has been an increase in the prices of medical supplies and expenses. The price of medical labor has also risen. All hospitals are expecting instructions on how they should protest. Naturally, not all hospitals are going to shut down their working process entirely - some will protest symbolically.
