Dangerous new drug Strikes Bulgarian Black Market

The newest drug on the Bulgarian black market is called “Fentanyl” and it is used as a substitute for heroine. The drug is extremely dangerous, as breathing it in may cause severe internal injury and death.

The Bulgarian Minister of Internal Affairs and the Customs Agency warn that a new drug has hit the Bulgarian black market. The drug is named “Fentanyl” and it is an opioid which is used as a pain relief medicine for people suffering from cancer. Its potency is one hundred times stronger than that of morphine and, on the street, it is used as a substitute drug for heroine. This drug can be taken through an injection, snorting or in the form of a pill.

The dangers of this drug should not be taken lightly. Overdoses are regular with “Fentanyl” as finding the right amount of substance for a single dose can be quite difficult. The dangers of this drug are not limited to intake. Breathing in the air of a single ampule of 10gr. may lead to severe internal injuries and even death. “Fentanyl” is dangerous to a person even by the touch. This is why delivery people and those responsible for opening packages containing the drug are exposed to a real and severe danger. During this year, only in the USA, “Fentanyl” has taken thousands of victims.
